We handle all the scheduling, customer acquisition, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus entirely on your craft without the stress of running a business. What Success Looks Like Your success is measured by the quality of your work and the satisfaction of our customers. Here is what you will do to succeed: On a daily basis: You will travel to job sites, evaluate project requirements, and complete tasks such as carpentry, drywall patching, tile repair, door installations, and painting. You will communicate directly with homeowners to explain the scope of work and ensure their needs are met. Over time: You will build a reputation as a trusted local professional. Success means completing jobs correctly the first time, maintaining a clean and safe work site, and collaborating smoothly with our office staff to keep projects on schedule. Must-Have Requirements Strong, practical experience in general home repairs and light remodeling, with specific skills in carpentry, drywall repair, tile work, door installation, and painting. Strong communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English, to discuss projects clearly with customers and coordinate with our dispatch team. A reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work. A professional appearance and attitude. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively on-site. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working in a professional, customer-facing residential repair or maintenance role. Broad knowledge of multiple specialty trades beyond basic home repair.
