Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Special Education teaching license, along with all required endorsements/certifications for the discipline.
• Experience working with early childhood or preschool (3K and 4K) students preferred.
• Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational strengths.
• Passion for fostering inclusion and positive learning experiences for all students.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to 3K and 4K students, tailored to meet diverse learning needs within an onsite school setting.
• Design and adapt lesson plans, materials, and activities to support individualized student goals.
• Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with instructional teams, families, and support specialists.
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and report outcomes regularly.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote student success.
• Implement positive behavioral support strategies and create an inclusive classroom climate.
