What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain accurate medical records, files, logs, and related documents in an organized manner
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all records in accordance with policies
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and prepare inventory reports
• Monitor compliance with sign-in/out logs and assist in routine medical and dental report prep
• Coordinate referrals and facilitate transfer of medical records
• Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and reports to ensure proper handling of information
