Responsibilities The Bellperson assists guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, coordinates guests' needs, requests and inquiries. Greet guests and escort them to their rooms when needed. Handles luggage for guests upon arrival or departure. Transports luggage between lobby and guest rooms. Receive and mark baggage by completing and attaching claim checks. Assist physically challenged guests with special needs. Maintain presentable entrances. Assist the Front Desk in delivering quick and efficient service to hotel guests. Maintain constant communication with transportation, front desk, and messaging/PBX team members. Assist guests with general questions about the rooms or other points of interest. Comply with all health and safety standards. Attend meetings as scheduled. Other job‑related duties as assigned. Requirements Good verbal communication & listening skills. Knowledge of telecommunications systems. Knowledge of relevant equipment and ability to move people and goods. Great guest service skills. Trustworthy and have the ability to take care with people & protect property. Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
