Schedule: Shift will depend on which department your placed in-

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Currently Saturdays are optional


Monday-Saturdays 6:30 AM-5:00 PM (Early release at 1pm on Fridays

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Press Box Assembler position within our general construction operations. This is a hands-on role focused on building and assembling press box structures in a shop and field environment.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain or grow experience in construction. No advanced experience is required , but candidates with carpentry or metal panel experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame and assemble press box structures
• Install plywood, paneling, sheetrock, insulation, windows, and doors
• Install metal siding (R-Panel experience is a plus)
• Read and follow basic blueprints and specifications
• Measure accurately using a tape measure
• Operate hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, sanders, etc.)
• Perform painting as needed (brush or spray application)
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Support general construction and shop duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Familiarity with general carpentry or construction work
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

• Experience

• R-Panel or metal siding installation
• Basic electrical experience
• Welding experience
• Framing, drywall, or general carpentry background

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and stooping
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work settings
• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Loud environment (hearing protection may be required)
