Medical Lab Scientist Location West Valley, UT Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM & Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - 24 hours. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Scientist to join our Emergency Room Lab team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing Point of Care Testing and will assist with clerical duties as assigned by the Nursing and Lab Director to support operations. Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Care Testing accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties as needed to support the laboratory's operations.
- Full MLS certification through ASCP or an equivalent certification is required.
- Must have a full license; associate-level candidates will not be considered.
- Experience in Point of Care Testing is preferred.
