Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse team members.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Verify shipments, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
