As a Home Furnishings 1.0 associate, you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in-depth product knowledge and a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goals. Primary responsibilities include customer service and sales, general operations, and performance standards. Core competencies and accomplishments include results, ownership, and intensity. In addition to a competitive wage, this position offers 1% commission on net sales of qualified merchandise. All associates are eligible for an associate discount on JCPenney merchandise. For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
