You will work with plant and leadership stakeholders to implement the division quality plan, drive AS9100D-based processes, and coach a team of quality engineers and inspectors. Onsite (1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8 days).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamCommunicate and execute customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements to assure product quality and customer satisfactionManage, develop, and coach a team of quality engineers and inspectors to foster a culture of quality and continual improvementOversee documentation and implementation of the quality management system to maintain compliance with standards and policiesCoordinate internal, customer, and third-party quality system audits and prepare plant personnelMaintain and drive corrective action systems to analyze and resolve nonconforming conditions and complaintsImplement and monitor performance measurements to evaluate product quality, customer satisfaction, and cost of poor quality and target improvement effortsAssess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure performance targets are metHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleB.S. degree in Engineering or a related discipline3–5 years of Quality, Engineering, or related experienceMinimum 3 years managing a teamKnowledge of AS9100D (lead auditor preferred)Knowledge of manufacturing and quality practicesDemonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutSix Sigma certification (e.g., Black Belt) or ASQ certifications (CQE, CQMgr)Experience with Lean, Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis/Gage R&R, Process Capability, and FMEAPay Range$9336.00 - $11670.00/hourThis role may fill quickly.
