Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle (Austin, TX) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle orthopedic devices in Austin, Texas. The role involves building and expanding the customer base of surgeons and healthcare systems, presenting DePuy Synthes products, and providing clinical support in operating rooms.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Acquire new accounts and expand sales within existing customer base
- Provide clinical education to surgeons, hospital staff, and podiatrists on proper product use
- Support surgical cases with on-site presence in operating and emergency rooms as needed
- Develop business plans and achieve sales targets in assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years experience
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate as needed
- Ability to work independently in operating room and laboratory environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills with surgeons and hospital staff
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen capabilities
- Successful background investigation including driving record review
