Catalina Home / Smart Turf is looking for an experienced, energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our business throughout the Austin market.

This is a hands-on territory sales position for someone who enjoys developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and getting out into the market. You will work with landscape contractors, artificial turf installers, builders, designers, architects, and homeowners

throughout the Austin area.

Our Pflugerville location provides local product availability and support, giving our sales team the ability to service customers quickly and build lasting relationships in the Central Texas market.

What You'll Do

• Develop new B2B accounts throughout the Austin territory through prospecting, jobsite visits, networking, referrals, and in-person sales calls.
• Build relationships with landscape contractors, artificial turf installers, builders, architects, designers, and other trade professionals.
• Re-engage former customers and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Follow up on company-provided homeowner and project leads.
• Conduct product presentations and educate customers on artificial turf, hardwood flooring, carpet, and related products.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective projects and customers.
• Coordinate with our operations and installation teams when projects require installation services.
• Accurately maintain customer, prospect, and opportunity information in our CRM.
• Represent Catalina Home / Smart Turf professionally throughout the Austin market.

What We're Looking For

• Must currently live in the greater Austin area.
• Minimum 1 year of successful outside sales, territory sales, business development, or in-home sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and new-business-development skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and walking into businesses to introduce yourself and develop relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a sales territory independently.
• Organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage customers and opportunities.
• Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, building materials, flooring, construction, home improvement, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be comfortable working both B2B accounts and qualified homeowner opportunities.

Compensation

This position includes an hourly base plus commission.
