Job Description This position will be responsible for delivering DioniLife's annual sales volume and revenue targets for the city of Austin. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on building distribution, accelerating rate-of-sale in existing accounts, and establishing DioniLife's portfolio throughout the local community. Working closely with our Austin distributor partner, this person will build strong, lasting relationships with key customers, increase points of distribution, and continue to elevate DioniLife retail execution across key retail channels. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the beverage retail and hospitality industries, with particular enthusiasm for On-Premise accounts and influential Off-Premise independent and chain retailers. Strong preference for candidates currently living in Austin with a deep understanding of the city's key neighborhoods and retail outlets. Candidate Qualifications Must currently live in the city of Austin At least 2 years of experience in beverage sales, alcohol distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, retail, or a related field, with demonstrated success growing sales, distribution, and market presence Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue, volume, and distribution targets in a field-based territory Established relationships with Austin-area retailers, bars, restaurants, hospitality groups, event organizers and other influential community partners Strong understanding of the Austin beverage, hospitality and retail landscape, including On Premise, Off Premise, and emerging or nontraditional channels Experience working collaboratively with distributor partners and sales teams to secure placements, improve execution, manage priorities, and drive account-level results Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business, open accounts, expand distribution, and convert relationships into measurable sales growth Skilled at building trusted, long-term relationships with store/bar owners, buyers, beverage directors, managers, distributors, and other key decision-makers Comfortable conducting product presentations, tastings, sampling events, and brand activations that generate awareness, trial, and repeat purchase Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify high-value accounts, prioritize opportunities, and translate market insights into action Highly organized and disciplined in managing account visits, follow-ups, sales pipelines, activations and territory sales plans Comfortable using sales reporting, CRM tools, and market data to track performance, communicate progress, and maintain accurate account information Key Responsibilities Deliver Austin's annual DioniLife sales volume and distribution targets Serve as a local ambassador for DioniLife and its portfolio of innovative adult-beverage brands Complete an average of 50-60 account calls and/or brand activations per week in Austin's key neighborhoods Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend work for customer meetings, events, samplings and brand activations Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective accounts, customer follow-ups, and sales opportunities Secure new placements of the total DioniLife portfolio--in close communication with our local distributor partner Increase retail sales execution in key On and Off Premise retail accounts to grow rate-of-sale in existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key Off Premise retailers, bars, restaurants, venues, and hotels Identify, pursue, and open new accounts across all channels Conduct product samplings and consumer activations throughout the Houston market Discover new sales leads, community partners, and experiential opportunities that build brand awareness and trial Ensure DioniLife products are properly represented within priority accounts Assist with item-level demand planning by providing 30, 60, 90-day sales forecasts based on expected distribution gains, account activity, promotions, events, and local market trends Monitor account performance, inventory levels, market activity, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and potential supply needs Job Requirements High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to create enthusiasm around the full DioniLife portfolio Valid driver's license with reliable transportation through the city of Houston Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, tastings, events, and market activations Ability to lift, transport, and setup product, sampling materials, and event equipment as needed Job Title: Austin TX - Territory Sales & Marketing Ambassador, DioniLife Award-Winning Non-Alc Adult Beverages Employment Type: Full Time Industry Sectors: Beer - Sales/Marketing Date Posted: 10/7/2026 Compensation/Salary: $80,000.00 per Year Location: Austin, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr DioniLife USA
