Senior Director, Integrated Program Management

Role Description The Senior Director, Integrated Program Management will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of complex programs. Responsibilities include overseeing program schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation, while ensuring compliance with corporate and contractual requirements. The role involves working directly with stakeholders to align priorities, manage deliverables, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lone Tree, CO. Qualifications Extensive experience in Program and Project Management, including schedule management, resource allocation, and risk management Proficiency in Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, and Operational Excellence Strong skills in Financial Management, Budget Oversight, and Reporting Knowledge of Defense and Aerospace industries, with expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Standards Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-departmental programs with measurable success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred PMP certification or demonstrated equivalent experience is a plus Eligibility to obtain a security clearance may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Sierra Nevada Corporation
