Dietary Services Manager
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Garretson, SD
Palisade Healthcare Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group , is seeking a Dietary Services Manager who is passionate about nutrition, leadership, and creating a positive dining experience for residents in a long-term care setting.
ResponsibilitiesOversee daily dietary operations in collaboration with the Dietitian
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
Supervise food preparation, service, ordering, storage, and sanitation
Adapt menus to meet resident preferences and facility needs
Lead, train, and support dietary staff
Communicate directly with residents and center leadership
High school diploma or equivalent
Approved food service supervision training (Dietary Managers Association standards or equivalent)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
