Physiotherapy Clinic Administrator Evenings Only Cambridge

Job Overview We are looking for an organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to manage the daily operations of our Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will help ensure the clinic runs smoothly, support staff, and provide excellent service to patients. Solid communication, leadership, and administrative skills are significant for this role. Duties Manage front desk operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out. Work closely with various health professionals to support smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Handle billing, insurance claims, coding, and electronic medical records (EMR). Coordinate appointments and help maintain effective patient flow. Supervise and support administrative staff, including training and performance management. Ensure patient information is kept confidential and clinic procedures follow healthcare regulations. Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and ordering clinic supplies. Develop and improve office policies and procedures to support clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical, physiotherapy, or dental office administration role is required.
