Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant to join our team at US Fertility working a hybrid schedule including two to three days per week in our Fairfax, Virgina office. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: $95,000 to $100,000 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. Maintain the accurate and timely dissemination of financial statements and reports Support and facilitate external audit Oversee accounts payable operations Reconcile and review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAP Review corporate prepared financial statements for accuracy and prepare month end journal entries Review and prepare bank reconciliations Establish and maintain systems and internal controls Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports Provide financial support to management and multiple departments Review payroll processing Maintain and protect operations by keeping all pertinent information confidential Manage financial close cycle and variance analysis Oversee accounts payable Participate in department budget preparation and compliance Participate in internal and external audits What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance Healthcare experience preferred CPA preferred More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
