Do you enjoy warm mornings, the smell of soil, and watching things grow? Wasson is looking for a Greenhouse Specialist who takes pride in plant health and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our greenhouse thriving. This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, enjoys routine with purpose, and doesn\u2019t mind getting a little dirty in the process. What You\'ll Be Doing: Caring for plants in our greenhouses, including watering, spacing, pruning, and general plant health. Monitoring growing conditions and reporting issues before they become problems. Assisting with planting, transplanting, and seasonal changeovers. Keeping greenhouse areas clean, organized, and efficient. Working with the team to ensure plants are healthy, ready, and beautiful for our customers. Other duties as assigned. Requirements What We\'re Looking For: An interest in plants, horticulture, or growing things (experience is a plus, curiosity is essential). Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way. Comfort working in warm, humid environments and being on your feet. Reliability, consistency, and a positive team mindset.
