Responsibilities Promote and sell application and system solutions within the MMM industry Collaborate with the vertical team and Global Solutions Leader to develop and execute sales strategies Provide technical expertise and support to customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide technical support in developing customer proposals Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the MMM market As an individual contributor, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and drive results. Your ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role. Qualifications Must Haves 3 or more years of experience with industrial automation, process control, APC, or industrial software solutions Experience developing and presenting technical proposals, solution architectures, and customer-facing solution designs Experience with Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) or other heavy industrial/process manufacturing environments We Value Customer-focused relationship builder with strong consultative selling skills Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and product teams Self-starter who thrives in a highly autonomous environment Effective communicator and influencer with executive presence Ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities Benefits of Working for Honeywell The annual base salary range for this position is $113,00 - $162,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
