Inclusive Learning Specialist (Full-Time Opportunity)

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and evaluate student progress through data-driven practices
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student goals.
• Participate in evaluations, team meetings, and multidisciplinary planning.
• Partner with general education teachers to promote inclusive classroom strategies.
• Create, implement, and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Completion of a recognized Special Education preparation program.
3. Strong understanding of IDEA guidelines and IEP development.
4. Valid Washington State Special Education Teaching Certification (P-12) or eligibility to obtain.
5. Successful completion of required Washington state certification exams (e.g., WEST-E or equivalent).
