We are seeking a Sales Manager to work for us at our Port Charlotte Volkswagen store! Your main duties will include leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Deep understanding of luxury automotive brands and the ability to convey their value proposition effectively.
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
