Student Coordinator

Your Role Key responsibilities include: Keeps students motivated and excited about starting school and overcomes challenges as they arise; partners through to completion. Collaborates with Financial Aid, Admissions, and other departments to provide support and obtain necessary documentation to start. Provides excellent customer service to future students and resolves their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Contacts future students via phone to ensure completion of all necessary enrollment steps. Sets timely follow-up dates to keep in touch with and track students. Ensures students are set up for and complete required entrance exams. Maintains documentation and follow-up notes in REACH system. Scans and uploads received documents into REACH. Gives tours to students visiting on campus. Completes all admissions folders and turns them over to the Enrollment Coordinator. About You The company is looking for: An Associate's degree.
