We're seeking a seasoned RN leader to oversee clinical performance across a network of dialysis clinics. This is a regional role designed for someone ready to move beyond unit-based management and influence care delivery at scale. You'll serve as a trusted clinical authority, partnering with physicians and operations to elevate patient outcomes and ensure best-in-class care.


What You'll Do:

• Provide regional oversight of clinical performance across multiple dialysis sites
• Drive measurable improvements in key outcomes, including hospitalization rates and treatment effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, audits, and quality initiatives-and lead action planning where needed
• Act as the clinical expert and escalation point for complex patient care challenges
• Collaborate closely with physicians, offering clear and actionable clinical guidance
• Bridge communication between clinical teams, providers, and operational leadership
• Lead implementation and optimization of clinical policies, education, and best practices
• Promote a proactive, continuous improvement mindset across the region

What We're Looking For:

• RN with a proven track record of driving clinical outcomes (beyond day-to-day operations)
• Experience in dialysis or nephrology strongly preferred
• Passion for improving care for patients with chronic kidney disease
• Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple sites

Credentials:

• Active RN license required
• CNN, CDN, or BONENT certification required within one year of hire

Schedule & Travel:

• Regional role with regular travel between clinic locations
• Flexible work environment with some remote/work-from-home capability
• Mileage reimbursement provided
