Bilingual Legal Receptionist
Pay: $20-24/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday - Thurs, 8:30a - 5:00p, Fridays remote after training
Responsibilities:
- Greeting people as they come into the office
- Directing calls to the proper department
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings
- Helping to file paperwork correctly
- Scheduling meetings for attorneys
- Assisting with any other clerical duties
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be organized
- Must have strong written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of how to use a MAC computer
- Must be reliable
