Job Duties

• Evaluate current receiving and inventory control processes.
• Train and mentor warehouse employees on best practices for receiving, RFID tag management, pallet labeling, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure accurate receiving transactions, labeling, and RFID data management.
• Assist with cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with warehouse leadership to implement standardized procedures and sustainable training practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of RFID systems, inventory management, and warehouse receiving processes.
• Experience training or coaching warehouse employees preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
