Job Title: Human Resources Administrator Job Description

A growing manufacturing organization in the Frankfort area is seeking an HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. This position will assist with onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Support benefits administration and employee requests.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
• Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed.

• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
