We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for a growing company in the manufacturing and production industry . Based in Boston, MA , this role will partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and support continued growth.

Description
Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Director include:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a manufacturing and production company in Boston, MA .
- Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and operational performance analysis.
- Develop and mentor the finance team while providing key business insights and recommendations.
Profile
The successful Senior Finance Director is:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the manufacturing and production industry.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Based in or willing to work in Boston, MA .
