Maintenance TechnicianInspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment. Perform various facilities maintenance activities.Job Description1st shift position minimum $26 per hour and up based on experience.Key Accountabilities:Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs.Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on all machinery/equipment in the facility.Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area.Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment.Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.Coordinate and make recommendations on work-related contracts and services.Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
