Excelcare Lewes is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who plays a key leadership role in supporting the Director of Nursing and ensuring the highest quality of care within our skilled nursing facility. The ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, supports nursing staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment. This position is ideal for a compassionate and organized nursing professional who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining excellence in clinical standards.
