Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to mothers during high-risk labor and delivery
• Assist with C-sections and inductions while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals using advanced telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Educate and support families through every stage of the childbirth journey

Qualifications

• Active RN license and at least 1 year of current acute care hospital L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification required
• Preferred skills include circulating C-sections and high-risk LDR experience
• Compassionate, solutions-oriented mindset with strong teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitor
• Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
• Oxytocin policy and procedures
• Patient ratios tailored to acuity: 1:1 for high-risk labor, 1:2-1:3 for other assignments
