IT Project Manager

Lead large enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll, ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and drive project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Manage communication plans with project teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.

Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate effective change management processes.

Prepare comprehensive documentation, status reports, and budgets in line with project standards.

Utilize MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word for project planning and reporting.

Experience in leading large enterprise-wide application projects, particularly in HR, Payroll, or Finance IT initiatives.

Strong background in managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Ability to work across multiple projects and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Certification in PMP is required.

Experience with change management and team coordination.
