Home every night, drop and hook freight, and a flat $200 a day

whether the run goes smooth or the day gets long. Dedicated

shuttle and turn work out of a Pueblo distribution center running

inside Colorado. 2 seats open.

THE POSITION

- Freight: dedicated dry van

- Runs out of a Pueblo distribution center, intra-Colorado

- Two turns per day

- Shuttle service also runs on this account

- Drop and hook

- Some live unload

- Approx. 2,000 miles per week

- Solo only (team seats are closed on this account)

PAY

- $200.00 per day flat, drivers with 0 to 2 years experience

- Average $1,300 per week

- Weekly pay

HOME TIME

- HOME DAILY

SCHEDULE

- Both day and night shifts available

- Minimum 5 days per week, scheduled anywhere Monday through Sunday

- Weekend work required

- Holidays worked to support the customer's needs

Four things you should know going in. This is day-rate pay, not

mileage — $200 covers the day whether you run clean or sit, so a

long day pays the same as a short one. Your five days can land

anywhere Monday through Sunday, which means weekends are part of

the rotation, not the exception. Holidays get worked when the

customer needs the freight moved. And southern Colorado winter

driving is real — you'll run in weather, and the routes vary

rather than repeating the same lane every day. In exchange:

you're home every night, the freight is drop and hook so you're

not fighting a pallet jack, the day rate means your check doesn't

swing with the miles, and it's steady work for a customer that

keeps the freight moving year round.

ORIENTATION

- Virtual orientation available, typically 30 minutes to 2 hours

- Road test and safety review required on select applications

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

AGE & LICENSE

- 21 years or older

- Valid Class A CDL

- Must have held a U.S. driver's license the last 12 consecutive months

- Current DOT medical card (new DOT physical required at hire)

- No endorsements required for this position

EXPERIENCE — one of the following

- 6 months OTR experience within the last 12 months, OR

- 12 months OTR experience within the last 5 years

DRIVING RECORD

- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months

- Speeding 30+ MPH over = automatic disqualification for 3 years

- Original ticket copies required for all citations in the last 3 years

ACCIDENTS

- No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 2 years

- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

- No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 2 years

- Preventable rear-end accident = 1 year disqualification

- Accident reports required for ALL accidents in the last 5 years

WORK HISTORY

- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months

- No more than 1 safety-related termination in the last 5 years

DUI / DWI

- No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle — ever

- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years while holding a CDL or CLP

- No DUI/DWI in the 5 years before obtaining your CDL or CLP

- No multiple DUI/DWIs

DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING

- No failed or refused drug tests — no exceptions

- Hair AND urine testing required, both must be passed

- No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years

CRIMINAL HISTORY

- Violence, theft, drug, and sex-related offenses reviewed individually

verification, criminal background review, MVR, Clearinghouse query,

drug testing, and final approval.
