Electrical ForemanPay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourJob description:Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead an electrical team on various commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, lighting and lighting control systems, power distribution, construction management, and team supervision. This role is essential for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.This is local work on a 4x10 schedule MON-THURS, with a family-first work environment and great benefits.Key Skills and QualificationsExperience running 2–10 man crewsAbility to plan ahead, schedule milestones, and coordinate with the GC and other tradesComfortable moving between a “working foreman” role and a “lead and direct” role, depending on project sizeSupervise and manage the electrical team on-siteOversee the installation of electrical systems per schematics and project specificationsHands-on leader who leads by example — positive attitude, pride in craftsmanship, and a passion for mentoring helpers and junior electricians while still willing to jump in and work alongside the teamWork with project managers to develop and maintain schedules for electrical workComfortable using software tools for project management and documentation, including basic smartphone and iPad/tablet skillsConduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectationsProvide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and excellenceMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered throughout the project lifecycleExperience RequiredWe are currently looking specifically for experienced foremen with a track record of running crews and completing jobs.
