Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC, just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. We are excited to grow our Therapy Department with an amazing Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)!

What We Offer Our PTA Team Members:
- $35-40/hr

PTA Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Physical Therapist with patient care related to physical activities
- Helping residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Encouraging and motivating residents throughout their rehab journey
- Documenting treatments and resident progress accurately
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional care
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an accredited college/university
- Valid, unencumbered South Carolina PTA license (Required)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-admissions healthcare setting preferred
- A strong desire to help residents reach their highest level of functioning
