WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

Lead pricing strategy and deal support, partnering on opportunities from initial structuring through final approval
Build and own pricing models that drive competitive, customer-specific recommendations
Analyze deal economics and profitability to guide sound pricing decisions
Evaluate contract pricing and escalation terms to protect margin over the life of each agreement
Assess customer profitability and identify repricing opportunities across the existing portfolio
Partner closely with Sales and Operations as the finance lead on pricing
Manage pricing governance and approvals, carrying recommendations through to leadership sign-off
Track post-deal performance at 6 and 12 months to measure results and refine future pricing
Standardize pricing assumptions and methodologies to improve speed, consistency, and scalability

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field.
Deep knowledge of pricing theories and concepts, including elasticity and market segmentation.
Proficient with ERP and CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with large datasets and use data analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Effectively collaborative in building and aligning pricing strategies with sales and finance teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
