The team is accountable for the roadmap & supplier planning, new product launches, and the sustained execution of Roku's critical product lines.About the RoleWe are seeking a Director, Manufacturing Operations with a strong background in manufacturing, supplier management, and cost optimization to lead a team of senior program managers.Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leader will own complex product initiatives from NPI through sustaining, ensuring operational excellence in product development processes and supply chain metric tracking. The role combines strategic vision with tactical execution, requiring both cross-functional leadership and a hands-on approach to build credibility on the factory floor.For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $350,000 - $400,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
