The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across the company’s brand and divisions. This role helps coordinate campaigns, manage and support marketing content, support events, manage branded merchandise and inventory, and ensure marketing materials are delivered on schedule. This role is ideal for a highly organized, motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns. Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing deliverables. Support collaboration between marketing and sales and design teams. Content & Communications: Draft and coordinate marketing content including: social media posts email communications blog posts press releases podcasts Social Media Execution: Schedule and publish social media content. Maintain the social media calendar. Support social campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team. Events & Marketing Initiatives: Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and webinars. Manage event logistics and marketing materials. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Skills Social media platforms and scheduling tools. Website content management systems (preferred). Microsoft Office. Familiarity with marketing platforms or CRM systems is a plus. Our Values Own It.
