Standard shop hours are 7am-3:30pm Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $80,000-120,000 annually, based on experience. We also offer:Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionsPaid time off (PTO) and paid company holidaysProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCompany-sponsored lunches, events, and team activitiesAccess to employee resources and exclusive partner discountsProfit-sharing bonusesWhat You'll Do: As a Project Manager at Mission Design & Automation, you'll have the opportunity to:Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycleLead project teams through kickoffs, scope and engineering changes, scheduling, budget management, open issues, and risk analysisProvide clear direction and facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, controls, fabrication, assembly, and other internal teamsIdentify and anticipate project needs, resolve issues, and take action to keep projects on trackMonitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects meet customer and company expectationsPrepare and communicate project status updates, proactively addressing and escalating critical concerns when neededSupport Business Development by providing project expertise related to timelines, costs, resources, and execution requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and project stakeholders through clear and consistent communicationDemonstrate strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail while managing multiple prioritiesTake ownership of assigned projects, work independently, and drive projects through successful completionWhat You Bring: Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in technical field and/or experience managing projects in the automation industry5+ years of experience in the automation industry3+ years of experience in project managementHistory of successfully managing multiple customer contacts and projects at various stages of completionPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in machine design, build, or programmingPMP certificationDon't Meet Every Qualification?
