Product Owner
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Owner. This role involves prioritizing and managing the product backlog, engaging with stakeholders, and leading agile ceremonies to drive product development and delivery in an efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in prioritizing, refining, and managing product backlogs
- Strong ability to interview users, stakeholders, and business leaders to capture key priorities and vision
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, client and vendor relations, and team mentoring
- Proficient in coordinating UAT planning and execution for product releases
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in leading demos within an Agile Release Train (ART)
- Ability to develop and track progress against a product roadmap
- Strong skills in managing impediments and resolving issues
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with peer product owners to articulate feature specifics and value through sprint and product demos
- Lead cross-functional communication and workshop facilitation
- Align with other product managers from an overall product, organization, or cross-ART perspective
