Job Description

The Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville will be responsible for:

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning through completion.
Lead project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
Support project teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Industrial & Commercial Projects - Greenville should have:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Proven ability to lead ground-up and/or renovation projects.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost management.
Proficiency with project management software (Procore or similar preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
