Duration: 12 Months

Note:

• Weekly Hours 40

• Monday - Friday core business hours with some flexibility. For example, 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm.

Job Description:

• The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• Strong project management skills. Experience with project management software.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior Experience needed in the following:

• Project Management

• Manufacturing

• Microsoft Office and PM Software

• Managing Budgets

• LEAN and Six Sigma

Must have:

• Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications.

• Experience in word processing, presentation packages, databases, and spreadsheet packages.

• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with project management tools and software.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environment.
