Senior Power Platform Developer

Salary: $110,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 7+ years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• We have a proven track record of leading development teams and managing the full application lifecycle in governed Power Platform environments.
• We are proficient in web services and integration technologies such as REST, JSON, and XML, as well as authentication standards including OAuth2, SAML, and JWT.
• We have experience integrating with Azure Active Directory.
• We possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex initiatives.
• We hold an active DoD clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• We have a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: We have familiarity with NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments.
• Preferred: We have supported Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I.
• Preferred: We have experience with Model-Driven Apps and/or Dynamics 365.
• Preferred: We have designed and delivered solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Preferred: We hold Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

• We lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions following ALM best practices.
• We gather requirements and work closely with stakeholders to validate solutions and align them with organizational priorities.
• We plan, assign, and monitor development work while identifying and reducing delivery risks.
• We partner with the team to build security groups and user personas that support role-based access control.
• We create custom connectors for API integrations to enable secure data exchange.
• We develop reusable components that improve consistency across our solution portfolio.
• We define test criteria and procedures to support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• We produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration instructions, and release notes.
• We advise client leadership on evaluating and prioritizing new product and feature requests so they align with portfolio strategy.
• We use Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Office 365 tools to improve data capture, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows.
