Job Title:  Payroll Clerk

Job Type:  Temp to Perm

Job Salary: $26/hour

Job Schedule:  M-F, 40 hrs/week

Job Location:  Richmond, TX 77469

Pre-Employment Requirements:  Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Clerk to support payroll and administrative functions at a construction company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive employee information.

• Assist with payroll processing and payroll data entry
  
• Review timesheets and payroll records for accuracy
  
• Maintain employee and payroll files
  
• Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries
  
• Perform general administrative and clerical support duties
  
• Ensure compliance with company payroll procedures and confidentiality standards
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
  
• 1+ year of payroll experience
  
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to handle confidential information
  
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Richmond, TX
  

• 2+ years of payroll experience
  
• Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems
  
• High-volume payroll or employee records experience
