Position Summary: The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in daily clinic operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information Assist with check-in/check-out processes Coordinate with clinical and billing teams to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish required Previous medical front office experience preferred Basic knowledge of insurance verification and eligibility processes Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Proficient with computers and EMR systems (experience with CureMD is a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the organization Full-time schedule Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
