The Lead Generator / Appointment Setter for our family-owned roofing company call center plays a crucial role in driving sales by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments efficiently. As part of a dedicated Roofing Sales Team, this position involves high-volume outbound calling using specialized sales and CRM software to connect with potential customers and support the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments for the roofing sales team with qualified prospects
- Conduct daily customer outreach through more than 100 calls to generate 5-10 leads
- Enter and maintain accurate lead and appointment data in CRM systems
- Utilize Mojo Dialer, Hail Recon, and other sales tools to optimize outreach
- Collaborate closely with the Call Center Manager and sales representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong cold calling and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Accurate data entry and lead qualification skills
- Problem solving mindset to handle customer inquiries and scheduling challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mojo Dialer, Hail Recon, or similar sales tools (not required )
- Previous work in the roofing or home improvement industry (rerquired)
- Aspiring to advance into a Sales Representative role with growth potential
