You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of key processes, and contribute directly to how the business plans, evaluates, and grows.If you’re analytical, curious, and motivated to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect.What you'll do:**Financial Reporting & Analysis*** Prepare and analyze **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports** to support business unit performance* Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights* Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth**Business Partnership & Collaboration*** Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support **operational and strategic initiatives*** Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders* Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy**Planning & Process Ownership*** Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking* Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities* Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization**Audit & Compliance*** Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverablesWhat we're looking for:***Required Qualifications**** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field* 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus* Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.* Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively***Preferred Skills & Attributes**** Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams* Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership* Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial****Working Conditions:***** Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.* Professional, office environment.At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
