Commercial Leasing Manager

Multiple locations — 30–70% travel required Full-time We're looking for a driven Leasing Manager to join a commercial real estate team, overseeing leasing operations across a portfolio of shopping centers — including development centers, operational centers, and newly acquired properties. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role for someone who thrives on closing deals and building lasting tenant relationships. What you'll own Drive revenue growth aligned with each property's overall asset strategy Lead the full leasing lifecycle — prospecting, negotiating, drafting, and closing new leases and renewals Manage existing tenant relationships to secure a high rate of renewal business Oversee deal flow from tenant negotiations through space delivery, design management, and rent commencement Build deep market knowledge through competitive analysis, rental comparisons, traffic trends, and demographics Maintain financial budgets and forecasting reports for assigned properties Identify and execute leasing strategies across interior, exterior, anchor, pop-up, and specialty spaces Partner with legal to ensure leasing templates reflect current operational needs Collaborate cross-functionally with property management, tenant coordination, and center development teams Travel to assigned centers for client meetings and space showings What we're looking for 8+ years of commercial leasing experience, preferably in North American shopping centers Proven success managing multiple deals, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of retail lease clauses, deal structuring, and ROI analysis Ability to resolve design and construction challenges between internal and external teams Sharp closing instincts — customizes pitches, creates urgency, and overcomes obstacles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); quick to learn new software Bachelor's degree required; active Real Estate Broker license is a plus Who thrives here You're bold, solution-oriented, and operate with a sense of urgency.
