Warehouse AssociateApply today to learn more about joining our team!Shift:1st Shift - 6AM - 2:30PM - weekends required2nd Shift - 3PM - 1:30AM - weekends requiredPay: $19 - $21/hr DOE + $1.50/hr shift differential for 2ndUse forklift and pallet jack to move products on and off trucks while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarefully offload perishable commodities and segregate pallets by item count while verifying all items against the Bill of Lading (BOL) and receiving worksheets for accuracyInspect pallet and load integrity to ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the receiving processUp-stack and consolidate product as needed to maintain proper load stability and maximize storage efficiencyShrink wrap pallets to prevent product shifting during transport and storageRead and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shippedIdentify and locate requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning systems and inventory tracking toolsPerform pallet changeovers for picking and visually inspect products for damages, defects, or inconsistenciesAccurately document and report damages or discrepancies to supervisors or team leadsPack, seal, and label materials and pallets for shipping while verifying counts using RF scanning equipmentCommunicate any product or material issues to leadership and follow direction to resolve themMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including end-of-shift housekeepingAdditional Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate or assist with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery as requiredSupport overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processesFollow all company safety standards, policies, and proceduresMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Ability to identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers Basic understanding of inventory systems and RF scanning technology Ability to comprehend instructions in the country's official language as defined by Lineage Logistics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in extreme environments ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gear Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. (may vary by facility) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loudPay Range:$16.97 - $28.65Why Lineage?
