This role will facilitate clear and accurate communication between Korean-speaking and English-speaking employees to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities: * Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Korean ↔ English) during meetings, training sessions, and daily production activities * Translate written documents, emails, safety materials, and work instructions * Support supervisors and management with employee communication * Assist with onboarding and safety-related discussions * Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information * Ensure accuracy when translating technical and operational terminologyRequirements: * Previous experience working in a manufacturing xhmxlyz setting (required) * Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking) * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must pass a background check * Must pass a drug screening * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person Crucial Link Group
