Product Manager

Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for customer-facing meal discovery and complementary-product experiences. Partner with Personalization, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams to develop recommendation models that connect products with relevant ingredients, sides, and complementary items. Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to design, develop, and launch scalable digital shopping experiences. Translate customer needs and business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimize product recommendations and customer engagement. Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and data insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Establish and monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, conversion, basket growth, and recommendation effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Data Science, UX, Merchandising, and business teams. Communicate product priorities, progress, and results while identifying opportunities to scale experiences across additional shopping journeys. Required Skills Must be able to work on W2 - we are not able to provide sponsorship now or in the future. Retail industry experience is required, specifically with customer-facing digital products , e-commerce, or personalized shopping experiences. 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products. Experience partnering closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, and/or Personalization teams. Strong understanding of how data, algorithms, and recommendation models translate into meaningful customer experiences. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product optimization. Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end product delivery. Ability to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments and managing competing priorities. Ability to navigate ambiguity, learn complex technologies quickly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr SSi People
