Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Summary:

Location: Anschutz Medical Campus
Duration: 13 Weeks
Dates: 10/06/2026 to 01/09/2027
Shift: 12H Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
On-Call Requirement: 3 call shifts required in an 8 week schedule period

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery
Monitor fetal heart rates and contractions
Assist in the operating room for cesarean sections and other OB-related cases

Requirements:

Education: BSN
Licensure/Certification: RN, NRP
Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience
Required Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring OR EFM certification, ACLS, BLS, & NRP

Preferred Skills:

Experience circulating in the OR for cesarean sections and other OB-related cases

Additional Comments:

No requested time off approved within the first two weeks of assignment
Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemptions from the seasonal influenza vaccine are allowed
